Offering merchandise that doubles as art, RSVP serves as a luxury boutique/art gallery that displays and sells pop art and design from around the world. Short for “Répondez s’il vous plaît” or please respond, the store’s name is an invitation for guests to not only visit the space, but participate, get inspired, and respond.
Bars of green neon line RSVP’s black painted ceiling while exposed brick walls display giant neon art pieces commissioned by RSVP – all channeling the store’s design concept of pairing pop art with luxury. Using minimalism and raw space, RSVP takes the look of a pop art gallery, with its merchandise as the featured pieces.
The RSVP decor is taken from The RSVP Private Collection of works from artists including Mark Newson, Stephen Sprouse, Jeff Koons, Takashi Murakami, Kaws and NoPattern. RSVP offers pieces from premium brands including Kaikai Kiki, Ambush, Dee & Ricky, Super, PLAY Comme des Garcons, Rizzoli, Original Fake, G-Shock, Incase and Boxed Water. RSVP also has a selection of rare, original, vintage items from Louis Vuitton, Chanel, A Bathing Ape, Nike and Levi Strauss & Co.

New sneaker collection for Fall 2009 by Louis V. Doesn't look too bad, its not even close to the Kanye line though
Mark Gonzales revamps the throwback Nizza Hi, first introduced in the 70’s. The tough white canvas upper and embroidered tongue patch are detailed sparingly with The Gonz’ now iconic artwork. The three blue stripes offset an otherwise all-white sneaker. Vulcanized gum rubber outsole. Good for skating or just posting up.
This is a few days old, but for those who haven't seen it yet, I hope this made you as anxious to hear the album as it made me. Cudi's really doing something different here, and it's just exciting to see this sort of idea paired with his talent. Not only am I expecting big things from the CD, the artwork from the CD cover is going to be ridiculous too. I'll be copping this CD the day it comes out, and I haven't bought a physical CD (I prefer iTunes) in probably 3 years.
We get another look at the upcoming Nike Sportswear collaboration with Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment Design. This time they worked on the All Court Premium Leather. It comes in black and white premium leathers with an embossed Swoosh and fragment logo placement on the heel. The sneakers will be released in Japan tomorrow, August 22nd
With a clear aesthetic similarity to the collaborative A.P.C. and fragment design All-Courts, the simple Nike Court Low is a fair alternative for those unable to secure a pair of the more limited releases. If you prefer canvas to leather, you’re set, as this particular release is done up with a simple tan canvas upper and tonal suede swoosh. The muted court-shoe receives a touch of color via a deep red foxing stripe through the midsole. Now available at select Nike dealers
As one of the very first Jordan Brand hybrids, the initial launch of the Air Jordan Spiz’ike led to some mixed feelings from both sneaker fans and Jordan enthusiasts as like. However as hybrids become fully integrated into the realm of sneakers, shoes like the Spiz’ike have inevitably gained acceptance. Upcoming is the release of a classic black/red colorway of the Spiz’ike as previewed here. Set for an early 2010 launch.

The first September footwear releases from Nike SB have begun to trickle into stores. The latest drop consists of solid new colorways in each of the Dunk Hi, Blazer Hi, and Stefan Janoski pro-model. I really like the dark red low tops though. The stitched swoosh outline on the grey suede Blazer is also a welcome change.
