CRAZY SHIT!

This handmade clock, called the QLOCKTWO, draws inspiration from crossword puzzles and replaces the relatively complex numbers and hands with words and spells the time on the colored surface. Thats right the clock SPELLS THE TIME! It goes in 5 minutues intervals, and comes in like 20 different colours that are all nuts too. Does anyone else thing this is one of the freshest things ever made?

Bape x G-Shock Fall 2009 DW-6900

For Fall 2009, Bape has once again collaborated with G-Shock on their iconic DW-6900 model. The watch comes in black and features a multicolor G-Shock logo on the case. It will be released inBape Stores on August 23rd.

ETTORE SOTTSASS MEMPHIS RETROSPECTIVE EXHIBITION

Memphis group founded by ettore sottsass in 1980 held a retrospective exhibition titled 'memphis blues' at the galleria carla sozzani earlier this year. curated by barbara radice,the set of exhibition was designed by michele de lucchi and the graphic work was by cristoph radl. sottsass called memphis design the new international style and plunged the sophisticated and influential milan design world into a labyrinth of visual irony, puns and provocations.the standards of 'good form' design that had been considered unassailable for years lost their claim to timeless validity for sottsass and his fellow-workers. the idea they had in common was to eliminate the peaceful conformity of furniture design and present concrete alternativesto the late 70s standard formal culture. the group existed until 1988.

PUMA BIKE

Winner of the Best CAD model award at the Coventry University Degree Show 2009, the PUMA Motorcycle by Karl Sanders is an unusual blend of athletic clothing and motorbike. Generating power from a conventional internal combustion engine, located under the curvaceous bodywork mounted low in the frame, the sports bike features front brakes with radial discs that are gripped by a set of calipers mounted in-line with the telescopic forks, allowing better control to the rider. Running on the tires inspired by a sole pattern of PUMA’s current range, the PUMA Motorcycle incorporates the frame driven from the trade mark PUMA stripe, while the grill of the motorcycle incorporates cell shapes taken from the PUMA Cell range.
